- Attention to detail and presentation
🍽️ Service Associate
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival
- Take accurate orders and serve food/beverages
- Maintain dining area cleanliness
- Provide exceptional guest hospitality
- Friendly and welcoming personality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Active listener with a helpful attitude
💳 Cashier
- Process customer payments (Cash, Cards, UPI)
- Manage billing and POS terminal operations
- Handle daily cash reconciliation
- Support customer enquiries at the counter
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Familiarity with POS billing software
- Honest, accurate, and dependable
📋 Café Supervisor
- Supervise daily café operations and shift flows
- Lead, train, and motivate the frontline team
- Ensure high service quality and cleanliness
- Coordinate inventory and shift scheduling
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience in hospitality
- Strong leadership and problem-solving ability
- Operational planning and team management
